Immuno for Toxoplasmosis
- The RML immunohistochemistry laboratory has recently added a polyclonal antibody to Toxoplasma gondi.
- This antibody is useful for this specific detection of toxoplasma in infected tissue. It can be used in paraffin embedded tissue.
- Both tachyzoites and bradyzoitesare demonstrable.
