Hematopathology
Hematopathology is the branch of pathology which studies diseases of hematopoietic cells. A hematopathologist looks at peripheral blood smears, bone marrow aspirates and biopsies , lymph nodes , and other tissues, and uses his/her expertise to diagnose diseases.
