Pay Your Bill Online
To access your online account you will need your Account# and the Pin# provided to you on your statement. In addition to your Account number and PIN#, you will also need to enter the "Patient's Date of Birth". The Guarantor (policy holder) is responsible for the balances applied to co-insurance, deductibles, and non-covered services not paid by the insurance company. You can view the most up-to-date information about your account and statement history along with viewing previous payments.
