Patient Results

In accordance with the HIPAA Privacy Rule for an individual's right to have direct access to his/her laboratory results, RML will continue to allow patients and/or their personal representatives with this ability. RML can provide results in person, by mail, by fax, or electronically, which includes email. A current medical release with proper photo identification must be on file before results will be released. Questions about filling out a medical release or requesting results can be addressed at any of our patient service centers or by calling our main customer service line. 918-744-2500
